Summary of Webinar
A workers’ compensation claim may have significant negative impacts on an injured worker’s wellbeing, and wellbeing outcomes of injured workers following claim finalisation are uncertain. This scoping review synthesises the current literature base on outcomes following claim finalisation, as there appears to be potential for ongoing burden for individuals, employers, and society.
Learning outcomes of PD:
- consider the importance of wellbeing in the context of post-claim finalisation
- understand what the current literature suggests regarding wellbeing outcomes following claim finalisation
- consider the characteristics of the current literature base and future research and practice recommendations
- make sense of translation of research findings into daily practice.
Presenter
