PRESENTERS
Guest speakers from QBE NT Lillian Summers - Service Manager/Technical Services Officer and Tanya Eagle - Injury Management Advisor will share their expert insights on Northern Territory workplace compensation legislation and claims management.
 
Joining QBE in 2019, Lillian moved to claims management, which was a perfect fit for her, delivering strong return to health and work outcomes through early intervention and provider involvement. Promoted to Technical Services Officer in 2023, where she consistently strives to achieve the best outcomes on complex and litigated claims, she is now on a 4-month secondment as Service Manager for the NT team in 2025.
Tanya holds a Masters in clinical exercise physiology and rehabilitation. With nearly a decade in the NT scheme and experience as a Rehabilitation Consultant and Clinical Exercise Physiologist within the compensable space, Tanya is passionate about improving return to work outcomes. She leverages her expertise to coach and mentor Case Managers, developing effective case management plans tailored to stakeholder needs.
