One of his inspirations, The Spring Racing Gala for Wishlist has raised more than $1.2m for Sunshine Coast Health Services since its inception and is now the biggest and most successful annual fundraising event on the Sunshine Coast. For the philanthropists and wine-lovers, the annual Travis Schultz Winemakers Master Class sees more than 340 people from the business community join together to experience a unique showcase of wines over lunch, while raising vital funds for SunnyKids. Since it began, more than $600k has been raised for SunnyKids.
In case you are wondering what Travis does in his spare time, be assured that he has devoted his time to sitting on several Committees and Boards. When he is not being a regular wine columnist for the Sunshine Coast Daily, he loves to travel and spend quality time with this family, which often includes playing cricket, fishing, cycling and mountain biking with his overly energetic son, Ashton.
