Prices: AUD and inclusive of 10% GST.
*Group discounts: ARPA members purchasing '2-Day' tickets as a group booking of more than five delegates (made in one transaction) receive a 5% discount. This does not apply to the '2-Day Forum tickets plus Socials' as this is already a discounted package price.
Inclusions: Forum tickets and optional social events include meals and refreshments.

Accommodation and Visas: When registering to attend the ARPA 2024 Forum in Sydney, please book accommodation as early as possible. Forum delegate rates have been negotiated with a selection of nearby hotels – click here for details. Visa information for international delegates can be found at this link. Delegates are advised to make their own enquiries regarding accommodation, travel and visas and not rely solely on the information provided at these links.
Special pricing: Forum speakers, sponsors and guests will receive unique links for registering.
Confirmation: All online registrations are checked by the Meeting Organiser, Catalyst Event Solutions. Should any queries arise, they will contact you.
Once you have completed your registration, you will receive a confirmation email outlining your registration details. Please contact the Meeting Organiser via email arpa@catalystevents.com.au or phone 02 9419 4889 if:
- you do not receive any confirmation email and have checked your spam folder
- you wish to make changes to your registration (please do not re-register to avoid duplicate bookings).
Registration payment: At the end of the registration process you can select to pay by:
- Credit card (Visa, MasterCard or AMEX - payment surcharge of 3% will be applied)
- Tax invoice: Cheque or Electronic Funds Transfer
The Meeting Organiser supports the responsible use of online credit card transactions and reports suspected fraudulent activity to Federal Police and the Immigration Office.
Cancellation policy:
- Registration cancellations will incur a cancellation fee of AUD $100 if made in writing up to, or before, 11 October 2024. Cancellations must be made in writing to arpa@catalystevents.com.au. Please ensure that you receive a confirmation in return of receipt of your cancellation.
- After 11 October requests for refunds may be made in writing to executive@arpa.org.au and may be provided at the discretion of the Forum Organising Committee.
- Registrations may be transferred to substitute delegates without incurring a fee. Please email details of the substitution in writing to arpa@catalystevents.com.au. Please ensure that you receive a confirmation in return, of the transfer.
- Failure to obtain the appropriate visa to travel to Australia does not constitute an automatic refund. The Meeting Organiser must be advised in writing of any alterations or transfers.
- By submitting a registration through the online registration system for this event you agree to pay the registration fee booked during the registration process. Failure to pay your Tax Invoice and/or failure to subsequently attend the event, does not release you from the liability to fully pay for the items selected during the online registration system. The Tax Invoice remains valid and must be paid in full.
