Frank Imbesi

Frank Imbesi

ARPA National President

Frank is the current National President of ARPA and a highly respected leader in the occupational rehabilitation and return to work sector, with more than 30 years’ experience across practice, business ownership, governance and policy.

He has served ARPA across all levels of leadership, including State Vice President, State President, National Vice President and National Council, contributing to the association’s growth, governance and national influence. Frank is also a founding member and inaugural International President of the Vocational Rehabilitation Network (VRNet), strengthening international collaboration and advancing Australian expertise globally.

A founder of an occupational rehabilitation company, Frank brings a strong member-centred perspective and is recognised through multiple state and national industry awards.

Robb

Robb Moffat

ARPA National Co-VP

Robb Moffat is a longstanding ARPA Council member, representing locally across Western Australia and Northern Territory in the positions of President, Vice President and Council Member, as well as serving on ARPA National Council to support member initiatives across the country. Currently the Executive General Manager of a large national provider, Robb has decades of industry experience and is known by his industry colleagues as a dedicated mentor, committed to his team, customers and improving the personal injury schemes he works across. 

Noni Byron

Noni Byron

ARPA National Co-VP

Noni is the Managing Director and Founder of a national workplace rehabilitation provider who has represented ARPA on a state level for six years, currently serving as President of the ARPA NSW Branch, and joined ARPA National Council in 2025. A Registered Psychologist with 25 years’ experience within the RTW / occupational rehabilitation sector, Noni leads a team of over 150 allied health professionals to deliver best in industry education and training, assessment, treatment and workplace rehabilitation services.  Noni’s passion is the development of innovative rehabilitation and treatment models to support psychologically unwell workers to achieve health, social and vocational outcomes and to support workers to address biopsychosocial factors impacting recovery and return to work.  

Alex Grigg

Alex Grigg

ARPA National Treasurer

Alex is the Executive General Manager of a major national workplace rehabilitation provider and serves on the ARPA South Australia Branch Council as well as being the ARPA National Treasurer. He has over two decades of experience working in insurance, personal injury and employment services across all states and schemes. Alex’s strengths include communication, customer service, analytical and change management skills as well as an ability to develop innovative services for complex injury. Alex is an accredited Rehabilitation Counsellor with qualifications in Psychology, also holding an MBA from the University of South Australia.

Bronwen Stead

ARPA National Secretary

Bronwen Stead is the Secretary and Public Officer of ARPA, a long-standing member of the ARPA ACT Council and a committed leader in occupational rehabilitation and return to work practice. With a background in social work and extensive experience supporting individuals with trauma, Bronwen brings a grounded, practitioner-informed perspective to ARPA’s national leadership and governance work. She is passionate about strengthening quality and capability across the sector, supporting the professional development of consultants, and ensuring practical guidance reaches those delivering services.

Tatjana Jokic

Tatjana Jokic

ARPA National Executive Member

Tatjana is a Registered Psychologist specialising in corporate health, return to work and rehabilitation programs. With more than 25 years’ professional experience, she has supported individuals and organisations to enhance workplace wellbeing, manage complex psychological claims, and address workplace health and safety obligations.

Tatjana is a member of the Standards Australia Committee on Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems, contributing to the development of standards for psychological health at work. She serves as President of the ARPA Queensland Branch, Secretary of the NSW Branch, and as an Executive member of the ARPA National Council. She is also an active member of several national and international professional associations.
