ARPA National Staff

ARPA National employs a CEO, Executive Officer and Events Coordinator. The staff of ARPA National supports the Councils on both National and Branch level in the execution of their strategies and goals.

ARPA National CEO: Nahtanha Davey

Nahtanha (Nat) Davey was announced as ARPA's new Chief Executive Officer in September 2025.

Nat brings over 20 years of executive leadership experience across health, disability, rehabilitation, and community services. Her impressive background includes leading organisational transformation, shaping sector-wide reform, and influencing government policy—making her a perfect fit to lead ARPA into its next chapter.

Through her extensive CEO, associations and governance experience, Nat has a proven ability to build strong systems, partnerships, and outcomes. Her passion for evidence-based practice, equity, and industry excellence aligns with ARPA’s mission to champion high-quality, outcome-based workplace rehabilitation.

Executive Officer: Amanda Whittingham

Amanda Whittingham was appointed to the ARPA National Executive Team in February 2018. Amanda contributes to ARPA National a range of skills and experience including event management, brand marketing and communications, not-for-profit and member experience excellence. Working closely with ARPA's State and Territory Branches, Amanda is the point of contact for all membership needs and initiatives nationally.

Events Coordinator: Malinda Moreton

With significant experience in event and project management, Malinda joined the ARPA National team early 2025. Responsible for coordinating all ARPA events and awards, Malinda also manages the promotion of relationships with Australian allied health schools, organising attendance at careers events, creating opportunities to engage with students and enhance their curriculum, and management of ARPA’s careers website careersinworkplacerehab.com.au and jobs board.
