Frank is the current National President of ARPA and a highly respected leader in the occupational rehabilitation and return to work sector, with more than 30 years’ experience across practice, business ownership, governance and policy.
He has served ARPA across all levels of leadership, including State Vice President, State President, National Vice President and National Council, contributing to the association’s growth, governance and national influence. Frank is also a founding member and inaugural International President of the Vocational Rehabilitation Network (VRNet), strengthening international collaboration and advancing Australian expertise globally.
A founder of an occupational rehabilitation company, Frank brings a strong member-centred perspective and is recognised through multiple state and national industry awards.
