Invest in Kindness - its relationship to psychosocial hazards and RTW

ARPA SA Council welcomes ARPA members and industry stakeholders to register for this webinar to be presented by Danielle Mik, ARPA SA Vice President and Managing Director, Beneficent.

In this webinar Danielle will:

  • Offer tools to identify and assess psychosocial hazards and manage the risks
  • Drill down on the assessment and control of psychosocial hazards, along with examining the flow on to workplace injury and compensation costs
  • Examine claims management savings and injured worker benefits when we "Invest in Kindness" in the claims management and RTW approach
  • Demonstrate how kindness integrates into a "Creating Mentally Healthy Workplaces" program
