In this webinar Danielle will:
- Offer tools to identify and assess psychosocial hazards and manage the risks
- Drill down on the assessment and control of psychosocial hazards, along with examining the flow on to workplace injury and compensation costs
- Examine claims management savings and injured worker benefits when we "Invest in Kindness" in the claims management and RTW approach
- Demonstrate how kindness integrates into a "Creating Mentally Healthy Workplaces" program
