This event focuses on supporting professionals who are navigating the stage of their career whereby many practitioners reassess their long‑term direction, motivation, and opportunities within the rehabilitation sector.
Our panel will feature a diverse group of speakers who have each taken different career pathways, including experienced leaders, long‑standing consultants, principals, account managers, and professionals who have built fulfilling careers outside traditional leadership tracks. They will share the reasons they’ve stayed in the industry, the opportunities that shaped their journey, and the realities of building a sustainable and rewarding career beyond the early‑career phase.
This event is about fostering a supportive space where mid‑career professionals can reconnect with purpose, explore diverse career pathways, gain relatable insights from those who have “been there,” and strengthen retention across the industry.
We invite participants to submit any questions that they may like to put towards the panel. Simply scan the QR code below to submit your issue ahead of time – this will allow us to better tailor the discussions to your needs.
We hope you can join us for a memorable and impactful evening! Your support in promoting this event will be invaluable.
In 2019, 2021 & 2022, TSP were winners of the Professional Services Category in the prestigious Sunshine Coast Business Awards.
Travis is deeply motivated to helping his community and is abundantly generous with his time, energy, passion, and resources to change lives and bring joy and support to so many worthwhile causes.
One of his inspirations, The Spring Racing Gala for Wishlist has raised more than $1.2m for Sunshine Coast Health Services since its inception and is now the biggest and most successful annual fundraising event on the Sunshine Coast. For the philanthropists and wine-lovers, the annual Travis Schultz Winemakers Master Class sees more than 340 people from the business community join together to experience a unique showcase of wines over lunch, while raising vital funds for SunnyKids. Since it began, more than $600k has been raised for SunnyKids.
In case you are wondering what Travis does in his spare time, be assured that he has devoted his time to sitting on several Committees and Boards. When he is not being a regular wine columnist for the Sunshine Coast Daily, he loves to travel and spend quality time with this family, which often includes playing cricket, fishing, cycling and mountain biking with his overly energetic son, Ashton.
