Following on from Understanding Behaviour, the first webinar in this three-part series, now that attendees have a clear understanding of how behaviour works the focus will change to shifting behaviour. In this session the discussion will concentrate on topics such as motivators for change, building desire, obstacles to change and the three areas that need to be addressed for long-lasting change.

About your facilitator
This program is delivered by Mike Symonds, Interactive Events. Mike has designed and delivered hundreds of behaviour change programs for thousands of team members across Australia for the past 25 years. Having worked in outdoor education, corporate training and team building, many of Mike’s clients are within the community services sector, where promoting and assisting others to implement positive behaviour change has the greatest impact on social change.
