A free service providing support and guidance to workers in times of need

The Workers’ Psychological Support Service is a free, independent, and confidential service for any Queensland worker experiencing a primary or secondary mental injury. The Service provides advice, guidance, and information along with connections with community support services.

A free service that provides information about the Queensland Workers’ Compensation Scheme

The Workers’ Compensation Information and Advisory Service is a free, independent, and confidential service for any Queensland worker seeking information and advice about the Queensland statutory workers’ compensation scheme. The Service can provide information at any stage of the process, including applying, matters that arise during a claim, or workers’ right around claim closures and reviews.
